What We Do

Our Specialties

Design

If project scope, budgets, and schedules align then we set an appointment for an on site meeting. In our on site visit, we discuss your project in more detail and begin to verify budget assumptions. If we agree that it makes sense to work together, then we engage in a contract called a “Design Agreement”. Each project varies, but a sample Design Agreement might include; creating “as built” drawings, proposed project drawings, specifications, engineering, meetings to gather firm bids from trade contractors, and finally a proposal for a construction agreement.

Concept

If you can imagine it, chances are that we can build it. After hundreds of projects, our team has sought out the best of processes, teams and technology for our business. We are continually trying to improve to provide the best design build experience for our clients. The first step of our process is a free phone consultation to discuss the details of your project, share ballpark budget numbers, and scheduling expectations with each other.

Build

Upon entering into a construction agreement for the “build phase” of the job, we start the “traditional General Contractor” part of the job. However, our construction agreement is based on a shared vision of your project that we created together during our design phase. This allows for smoother transitions into building the job since our entire team is already familiar with you and your home. This is when we reap the rewards from all of our work together planning your project. We are constantly trying to build a team made of some of the most talented craftsmen and women in our industry. We have invested in the best and most current tools, our carpenters use well equipped vans or trucks, and we own a large dump trailer in order to expedite your projects.

For years, this collaborative process has proven to create better outcomes for us during the building of your project. You have the benefit of dealing with one company from start to finish. If this sounds like a good fit for you then we hope that you would consider us for you next construction project.
